Everything is exactly as in the description. Took immediately with 12 filters. Charging from the network, complete with a USB wire. When you turn on a little humming, but the sound is minimal and comfortable. Cat immediately liked the drinker-drinks, watches and plays. I advise you to buy, or then we have a cat drank only water from under the tap, and this drinking bowl-Rescue!
All right, until I removed the packaging I realized the base was broken😭
Good quality, the light works well, I don't test it with water yet.
